Springboard is a non-profit credit counseling firm that provides financial education and counseling to individuals and families. While the company had a sound reputation as a market resource for those with credit troubles, they lacked brand identity and had no internet marketing strategy. Idea Hall helped Springboard extend their reach during a critical time in the economy, and the firm is now widely seen as a nationwide leader in the financial education market.
Collateral Material - Idea Hall redesigned the Springboard communications package with a new marketing brochure, trade show booth, business cards, a complete stationery package and education materials. We also developed their annual report, handling design, copywriting, layout and production.
Online Marketing - We built an online marketing strategy using Google AdWords, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing (SEO & SEM) tools to enhance the client’s web presence. We then set up a 12-month SEO/SEM program to monitor the success of the campaign, giving Springboard valuable web analytics to measure online visibility, clicks and conversions. In 90 days Springboard’s online relevance went from non-existent to a Google ranking in four of the top five positions when using the searches “credit” and “credit debt.”
Direct Mail - Springboard utilized our design studio for a direct mail campaign to increase donations to the non-profit.
