Vice President Julie Fornaro
Julie Fornaro leads strategic marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness for a wide range of Idea Hall clients, including leading real estate, financial services, consumer and education organizations.She has a particular specialization in real estate marketing, having consulted with senior leaders in all sectors of the industry including investment, development, architecture, planning, building materials, leasing, sales, recruitment, professional associations and sustainability. Her expertise spans all types of properties, including single-family and multi-family residential, industrial, office, medical office, retail, mixed-use and transit-oriented developments.
Julie graduated with honors from the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication, and served as President of the Annenberg Student Communication Association. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators, an organization dedicated to education and best practices in the communications industry. And she can salsa like nobody’s business.
