Principal Randy Hall
Randy Hall oversees the business operations of Idea Hall and consults on and manages several of our real estate and financial services clients. He brings a 25-year background in commercial real estate and real estate banking to our team, and provides our clients in those sectors with uncommon industry expertise.
Randy’s skills include website development, technical writing for commercial real estate and financial services, brand development and trade media relations. He was formerly partner and marketing director with investment management firm Buchanan Street Partners, where he managed the company’s brand development, marketing, events and PR activities. His experience on the client side of the agency relationship offers a pragmatic, peer to peer perspective toward prioritizing marketing objectives and budgets.
His real estate finance background includes working with debt and equity capital for all types of commercial property, both as a principal and in an agency capacity. He uses this background to craft effective communications strategies and marketing collateral capable of addressing multiple and at times disparate target audiences.
Randy received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration at the University of Kansas and is a diehard Jayhawk, a decent home chef, an adventuresome traveler and passionate about marketing ideas that make sense.
